Mindfulness, Meditation & Restorative Yoga (in English)
3 Thursdays, April 5, 12, 19, 630-8pm (dates, times and location yet to be confirmed)
No need to suffer to learn how to release suffering! Equal parts learning and experiencing, you will receive a 20-30 min teaching on what meditation/mindfulness are and how to practice. Then, apply these principles in a laying down sequence of restorative yoga postures. Learning to meditate in luxury. No experience required 5,000 for the series.

Don’t underestimate the power of a good sweat, rinse, twist and purge. Through asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and moving meditation, you can step to your physical edges as a metaphor for exploring the challenges and triumphs in your life. Over 4 weeks, we’ll explore various sequences and themes to reveal how your yoga practice can be a mirror. No experience required. Willingness to physically work hard suggested. 7,000 for the series.
